RPT is a safe and gentle therapy that guides you through a step-by-step process to determine, access and align with the deepest underlying original cause of your trauma or presenting symptoms. For it is this “original reference point” that anchors your trauma or symptom pattern in your physical body. This whole process allows you to make peace with any experience and disengages the automatic stress response held in the brain. RPT is accomplished through a very simple guided conversation that discovers the deepest root of the issue. First the healer discover and access the original reference point of one’s trauma or symptoms. Then they bring their conscious awareness to this original reference point through a structured acknowledgement and forgiveness process. This brings the experience into alignment within the body, mind and spirit and hence distress is rapidly released.
