Whether it is our online platform, ongoing festival, tele summit or award, ultimately it your excellence that will get you customers and buyers. We cannot and do not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money - the key word here being 'your'. Nothing on this email or any of our websites, or any of our content is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings. Nor do we offer any legal, medical, tax or other professional advice. Should we provide any financial numbers or success stories, they would be testimonials only and not to considered as a promise or guarantee from us that the same would happen for you. Q1. What can I register as on Mystic Lotus? What are the roles or options for me?

A1. You can register as the following:
1. Customer (FREE registration)
2. Healer
3. Retailer (also known as Retail Therapist)
4. Event Facilitator
5. Venue provider

Q2. Can you guarantee me sales/clients?

A2. We can guarantee reaching out to lots of people every month, but the conversion to sales/sessions would always be your responsibility. If you have attended our presentation, then you would know that the magic happens in a balance of service and expertise vibration :) You are most welcome to attend our Healer's Crisis, OVER! workshops (also called “The Successful Healer” workshops) in order for us to support you get more conversions, but in the end, no matter what platform you choose to be on, not just ours, getting sales/clients depends on you

Q3. What do I get on payment?

A3. As a healer/event facilitator, you get the following benefits of the FULL MEMBERSHIP:
1. You will be a part of the Healers Crisis. OVER!! - 2 workshops each month for 3 months (6 workshops)
2. You will get listed on the Mystic Lotus Mobile app + Website
3. You will get the benefit of the online marketing that we do for the platform
4. You are eligible to a minimum discount of Rs 3,000 should you register for the Mystic Lotus Healing Festival when it is organised
5. You pay only 15% (instead of 30%) as fees on the revenue generated by you at the tele-summit should you qualify as an expert in your modality. The estimated benefit is approximately Rs 3,000. The tele-summit is not for event facilitators and venue providers
6. Based on your performance and ratings, you will be entitled to be a part of the Mystic Lotus Awards and Rewards program

As a retailer/venue provider, you get the following benefits of the FULL MEMBERSHIP:
1. You will be a part of the Healers Crisis. OVER!! - twice each month for 3 months (6 times)
2. You will get listed on the Mystic Lotus Mobile app + Website
3. You will get the benefit of the online marketing that we do for the platform
4. You are eligible to a minimum discount of Rs 3,000 should you register for the Mystic Lotus Healing Festival when it is organised
5. You pay only 15% (instead of 30%) as fees on the revenue generated by you at the tele-summit should you qualify as an expert in your modality, product category. The estimated benefit is approximately Rs 4,000. The tele-summit is not for event facilitators and venue providers
6. Based on your performance and ratings, you will be entitled to be a part of the Mystic Lotus Awards and Rewards program

Q4. What if I practice more than one modality? Do I have to fill a form for each modality? Do I pay separately for each modality?

A4. If you practice more than 1 modality, please mention one (the one you always fall back on when nothing else seems to work) in the "Primary Modality" field and the rest will be mentioned in the "Secondary Modalities" field.
This information can be filled in one form. Only one payment is needed for all your modalities (unless you choose to have more than one profile - which is not recommended).

Q5. How will customers be able to search healers and products on the website?

A5. Customers will be able to search and sort in various ways. The most prominent of these are:
1. Search by name of healer or product
2. Search by modality (primary and secondary)
3. Search by an issue they are facing (example : aches and pains, boss stress, depression, etc)
4. Search by category of expertise/service (financial, mental, spiritual, etc)
5. Search by product category
6. Search by city
7. Sort by price, ratings, online now, availability, etc

Q6. What if I want the FULL MEMBERSHIP without any one benefit? For example: if i don't wish to be a part of the Awards, do i have to pay less?

A6. The packages are as per the details provided to you. Considering there will be 1000s of people registering, we cannot create individual packages at this point.

Q7. If I have an event or a workshop, will Mystic Lotus promote it online and how?

A7. The Mystic Lotus platform is designed to connect healers and retailers with customers and customers with healers and retailers. We will bring the customers to our app, website and social media. You can post your workshops and events in the relevant sections of the platform. Should you need any help or guidance, please ask us. Also, please check the rules and guidelines for these with us.

Q8. Where can I find the app and website?

A8. Our website address is www.TheMysticLotus.com. Please search “Mystic Lotus” to find the mobile app on Google Play Store (Android) and App Store (Apple).

Q9. How will Mystic Lotus promote or market this platform?

A9. The platform is marketed on social, mobile, digital and print media. In the first year of our operations, we reached out to an average of 1,50,000 plus customers each month!

Q10. If i register as an organisation, how many healers can be listed on the site? What do we write in the modalities and description? How many can attend the Healers Crisis. OVER! workshops?

A10. If you have paid for 1 account only, you get to specify everything in a single profile. There are various sections on your profile (such as About Me, Experience, etc) where you can mention about your organisation and your healers.
The Primary modality for each account is ONE only. You can enter any one modality here from the provided list. Rest of the modalities can be specified in the Secondary modalities section.
Since the payment is for one account, only 1 healer can attend the Healers Crisis. OVER! workshop.

Q11. In the registration form, what to write in the "How did you get to know about us" section?

A11. This is where you give us reference of at least 2 people you know who can vouch for you.

Q12. How do we make videos and photographs for our profile?

A12. We would like you to start practising and posing for your photos and videos :-D. Please take a lot of selfies, make a lot of practice videos on your cell-phone. Please create some good, impressive videos and images. Should you need some help, we can connect you with a company who can help edit and touch-up your videos. Email us your requirements for this at nidhu@themysticlotus.com and we will share the required information.

Q13. Can healers receive money from customers online through The Mystic Lotus app and website?

A13. Mystic Lotus is in touch with online payment gateway service providers for enabling this option. Will let you know if that is possible. However, this has some conditions:
1. Healers and retailers need to be registered with the government bodies for taxation and other regulatory requirements
2. "Charge-back", if any, will have to be paid by the Healer and Retailer.
We suggest you open a PAYTM or maybe a PAYPAL account and get the money credited to your account directly.

Q14. What is the difference between a healer and an event facilitator?

A14. A healer is someone who helps the customer deal with a certain issue, who is providing the service / counselling / help to the customer.
An event facilitator is a person who helps healers and retailers with operations and marketing and setting up workshops, trainings and events.

Q15. What if I don't have a primary modality or a specialisation? I am an expert at more than one thing. What do i mention in primary modality or specialisation?

A15. The primary modality is that one modality that you fall back on when nothing else works. It's that one thing that you are confident will always work.
In order to figure out your specialisation, you need to find what is that one thing that is the top-most reason for your clients to approach you. Is it financial / mental / health / or something else? You know best.

Q16. If I need help with registration as a customer or Healer / Retailer / Event Facilitator / Venue Provider, who can I get in touch with?

Q17. What are the modes of communication? How does online chat work? What if i dont want to share my address or phone number?

A17. The decision about whether you wish to show your address and phone number on the site is completely in your hands. You can choose to decide how people communicate with you and what they see. We recommend that healers (specially women) do NOT display their phone numbers online.
The online chat option allows you to chat with people first and then decide if you wish to share your contact details. You can chat with people when you are online. If you are offline, a person can send you an offline chat. You can then respond when you go online.
