I intentionally waited for 4 days to confirm that my low back pain and my frozen left shoulder pain has reduced by 70% since last Sunday.

Some incidence took place last Monday which literally shook by soul to make me realize the importance of life lessons "Tolerance". I used to always ignore this lesson fully knowing its implication. Now I am all the time aware of its importance.

I had pain in the knees whenever I used to fold. It had reduced a lot , also had shoulder pain that day which was quite reduced. Now I don't feel it is almost 2 out of 10 shoulder pain.

I saw that I am getting many clients from all over the world. They are happy to interact and pleased and getting result…

I was amazed at getting friend request in Face book. I got more than 32 friend request starting from Monday night n Tuesday. Again yesterday 28. Though I have accepted all.

Till now I have received nearly 95 friend request. Amazing getting so many request in just 3 days.

In this long meditation , which I felt was for only around 25 minutes, lots of release happened. I was able to cry n also was very angry n removed my anger. I felt very calm . In fact when Kavita ji touched my head , I could feel the touch of my mom.

Is really wonderful. It helps to forgive faster be I feel very light after chanting.

I was meant to do the workshop as the Divine wanted me to. I even saw a temple very old I think , in the first meditation getting the blessing from the Divine.
