Event Benefits

Benefits of Sound therapy

Our body has its own natural resonance, and vibrational medicine hinges on the idea that disease is a result of those natural resonances getting out of tune. Sound therapy works gently but powerfully to return the body’s own vibrations to their natural states.   It is gaining popularity as a preventative medicine and as a complement to traditional treatments.

Himalayan Singing Bowl therapy helps to achieve relief from pain, stress-related conditions, improve memory, tranquility, vitality as well as the ability to attain deeper meditative states.  The harmonic vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls engage the relaxation reflex, slow down the respiratory, brain and heart rates and disrupt the pain reflex, thus creating a deep sense of well-being.

Singing Bowl Therapy – Key Benefits
