For 7 weeks we will focus on one chakra each week:
1. Explanation of the Chakra
2. Meditating and Experiencing your chakra
3. Figuring out the aspects of that particular chakra. Negative and positive aspects of it. And your personal relationship with it.
4. Tools to work on the chakra of the week.
5. Assignment to be completed in that week and sent before we move on to the next chakra.
6. Q & A section for clarification.
Eighth week is the culmination of all you have experienced.
