The essence of my being is Yoga! To me the definition of yoga would be who You truly are ...I embarked on this journey within as a beginner in 2003 hence it dwells deeper. Took my Yoga Teacher's Training in 2008,since then teaching became a passion.
The path widened into various other forms of yoga like Kundalini & Vinyasa flow. I completed my Module 1 &2 intensive training in Vinyasa this month. Variuos meditative practices & mantras especially the Womencentric healing workshops are an integral part of my therapy. The world of Possibilties opened up with the empowering tools of Access Consciousness since 2013. I love working with kids & empowering them with these tools of Access, Meditation & EFT . Working with bodies & energy has always intrigued me so Acupressure helped a lot with discovering the Yin & the Yang .Access Bars have been a gift & so are the Body processes just adding to it some Energy medicine makes it wholesome.

I attended an Access Energetic Facelift Class conducted by Pooja Bhimra on 28th Oct, 2015 in Mumbai. It was the best thing that I could have chosen; her class for this amazing Body Process that involves healing not just ones face but benefits seen for the whole body. She is very caring and professional at the same and devotes herself to her learners. It was indeed a wonderful experience and Pooja makes learning come to her learners with ease and joy. I have experienced EFT and Accupressure session from Pooja and she is wonderful with her knowing and the process. The sessions are a great relief from ailments and discomforts in the body. I higly recommend her for all her therapies and now hoping to try a yoga session soon.
