Seriously. I have been in bad pain. And because of post chemo,I can't do very strong exercises. And can't take Brufen for same reasons+ this corona issues. (They discourage Brufen). I'd sent u the message and then lay down and forgotten. Was resting though. Now sudenly remembered. The back  my spain Andis gone. And fatigue is better.my son says u look better and are in a better mood too.

I wrote the switch words  in the hosp sitting next to my bro who is very sick and waiting for a liver transplant he was very irritable yest . When I was writing this he slept peacefully snoring. And I have been very low And unhappy myself since a few days but while writing this I felt a calmness about me and like a weight lifted. My vision has been having a prob in the evenings as I can’t see clear it gets hazy and dull. But I could feel my vision becoming clearer. I don’t know if it’s in my mind but overall I felt good and clearer. Was very much at peace after that. Thank u so much.

I did chakra meditation by BHUMIKA ji . It was beyond expectations and very powerful meditation .Her voice is so serene . I felt spiral energies in my palm and abdomen or navel area in the start of the meditation slowly as proceeded upwards to each chakra could sense the chakras  vibrating m spining . Throat chakra vibrated intensely and wen reached to Agna chakra saw white light and then when energy reached crown chakra my head was shaking and felt an opening happening . Was a wonderful experience . Must try . Thank you .
