This one-on-one work is based on a unique system of self-discovery which I facilitate by helping you probe deep into your issues wherein lies the solution. In other words, I help to mirror and inspire your inherent healing potential. This form of healing goes beyond just treating your symptoms or illness.

I work on the emotional health of a person through counselling and providing the exact knowhow of how the body works through our emotions. Each part of our body has a distinctive seat for a typical emotion. For example, our knee is a site for the feeling of support and security. Aging brings in knee degeneration and pain because one feels insecure about the debilitating health and future. The knee issue can be reversed by proper counselling for positive changes in life and through certain muscle manipulation through acupressure techniques. Positivity is a fundamental tool for living each moment to its fullest irrespective of age. My counselling essentially facilitates to break the barriers of age, constraints of mind due to inadequate education, phobias and toxic mind conditioning preventing progress in life. My work is an amalgamation of facilitating corrections of health issues of the body through energy balancing, providing a balm to the mind and clearing the way for the heart to follow it's purpose.

As an Aromatherapist, I was trained by Dr. Larise Du Plessis of South Africa in applied Aromatherapy and also served as an intern with her for a good while. Her process was a unique blend of aroma massage, music therapy and subconscious mind hypnotherapy . I'm very fortunate that this wisdom was very lovingly handed down to me by my Mentor to Dr. Larise. By the Grace of my teacher, I can work to the depths of the subconscious mind through this therapy. Each client is a unique individual created in a different flavour by the Almighty. Aromatherapy acknowledges this uniqueness graciously. Each client is treated with a customized blend of oils..with a unique instrumental music and a special hypnotic visualisation to bring in the desired change in the subconscious mind. My AROMATHERAPY clients have been ecstatic and bewildered to see the amazing results following this session.
